"Before I came to Jon, my idea of working out was confined to cardio or structured classes. I needed someone’s knowledge and expertise to teach me what to do on my own, and more specifically, what was right for my body. Since working with Jon, I have developed my muscle strength exponentially, become very comfortable in the weight room environment, attempted things I never thought I would be able to do, and become much more toned and fit!
