Last summer, I was asked to contribute to the FitLifeBC Magazine. This is a publication put out by the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA).
Feels like forever ago, but here it is. The title is "Effective Core Training?" (V.03 / Issue 02/03 Spring/Summer 2011)
In it, I discuss the benefits and downfalls of unstable surface training (UST). This type of training involves standing on an unstable surface such as a balance disc or balance board while performing "functional" movements.
This publication is only sent to BCRPA certified personal trainers.
So I scanned it for you to check out.
Find it below.
Thanks for reading,

PS. Please share this post with friends with you found it helpful.
