Krista got JK'd

Recently, I have been involved in writing articles for Oxygen Magazine.  If you are unaware, this magazine targets female fitness enthusiasts and women looking to get into fitness and resistance training.

I have submitted two great articles on ways women can improve their effectiveness in the gym to loss fat, build strong toned muscles while cutting down on workout time among others...the articles will be published January 2012.

At Definitions, I have several female clients that all share these goals.  Last October (2010), my client Krista gave birth to baby Brody.  Krista started training with me in June (2011) and has made wicked progress in the short 3 months that have passed.  This picture was taken last weekend (September 17th 2011) and it's LESS THAN A YEAR since she gave birth to Brody!  She has worked really hard not only in the gym but in the kitchen to get the results she has seen.  I'm proud of her achievements so far and all the hard work she has put into her health.

"I've always been athletic, so after having my little boy in October 2010 my biggest fear was not getting my body back into the shape it was prior to pregnancy. 
 I started training with Jon mid June 2011 and after 3 months I am in the best shape I've ever been in; far surpassing the pre-pregnancy shape I was in! I've never felt so good and can't wait to see the results another 3 months of training with Jon brings.
